DESCRIPTION

The Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) is the most important person in the life of a Muslim. He is the one who taught humanity about God and His revelation, the Quran. Learning about the life of our Prophet, his external characteristics, his virtue, and his sacrifices are without a doubt a knowledge that no Muslim should ever be deprived of. It is a story that connects our love and attachment to the best of mankind. The purpose of this course is to take you on an enlightening journey of the Prophet’s (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) life from the era of ignorance, (pre-Islamic Arabia) to the birth of the beloved prophet Muhammad (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) , his childhood, declaration of prophethood in Makkah, migration to Madina, battles fought and almost all major incidents and events of hardship, suffering, persecution, adversities, and conquests, with a focus on his love and concern for all of humanity. We will explore the approaches in reviving the spirit of Islam through studying the Prophetic journey in-depth. We shall learn about his wives, his companions, and his struggles in Makkah and Madinah.
